I'm very happy with this drawing. I think it turned out good. One of the best things about drawing is when you start drawing, and then the artistic impressions kick in. This portrait is hands down a clear case of that.
It does not look exactly like the reference photo, but the brush strokes look messy in a good way. These drawing are cool because they're not just about looking real but they're also about capturing a feeling.
