The Splinterlands season ended earlier this week so I want to review my rewards and check up on some things in the game. I stayed in Silver rank for the entire season and collected a bunch of Silver chests for my own rewards. Silver chests just aren't cutting it but I don't think I am ready for Gold rank yet though. I did make a change to make my season rewards gold chests. I will advance on the day before the end to get some gold chests because my points aren't too high. As long as I manage that, I should be fine. The strategy worked and I did get some hold chests today for my season rewards

Season Rewards

Compared to last season, my rewards are better than last time. There were no chaos legion packs again but there were 2 copies of a legendary card. The number of cards seem to be slightly higher too. The amount of SPS decreased though and the merits increased compared to last time. There are more potions this time around as I expected because there is a huge jump in the number of potions per chest.

Gladius Packs

I was able to collect 3 packs this season which was the same as last time. My guild has been regularly placing 2nd place or 1st so the merits have been stacking up but there was one bad brawl this time around. I got above the minimum this time with 5 rares and one gold foil cards so it is definitely better than last time. Unfortunately, I can't upgrade any cards though.

This is a brand new gold foil card that I did not have before and it adds to the options I have in brawls. I take part in the gold foil brawls so having more options is always better than not having them but I am not sure how much I will use this one though.

SPS

The numbers are lower this time around for everything except for focus chests. It's a bit unfortunate to see this because I expected it to go up due to the gold fights on the last day but I guess there isn't much I can do about that.

My pool rewards for the season is 106.739 SPS and I plan on staking all of this along with all of my staking rewards. It looks like my liquidity rewards tend to be quite stable though but it is going down slowly over time. As usual, I am staking my SPS and taking profits off of GLX. So nothing has really changed from last time. I used a portion of my VOUCHERS on the new promo card and I had to buy some off the open market. Either way, I am still gathering more VOUCHERS for the next promo card. With the numbers so close to staking rewards and pools, I staked a similar amount compared to last time.

Conclusion

Going forward, I will be sticking with the Silver League and moving up to gold on the last day. The rewards are already looking quite promising over here in Gold rank because I managed to get 2 copies of a legendary. I will wait to see if there are any other changes in terms of my rewards.
