It's almost the end of another season so I am posting up my season report card. I like to go back and see how well I did last season as a record for myself. There has been a lot going on in Splinterlands with the node validator presale ending. VOUCHER price has dropped and I didn't sell part of my later VOUCHERs because I forgot.
Match Report
Performance
As usual, I am happy if my performance is above 1. As it currently sits at 1.75, I am fairly happy that I was able to end the season without having to do so many fights. As usual, I focused on the daily quest but this might have to change next season.
Rewards Report
It was an amazing season as I got 2 legendary cards and 2 chaos legion packs. I don't know if I have ever gotten a better season so far. The DEC is a bit lacking but I don't really care about that as much with my rewards from chests this season. I do note that the DEC earnings are quite a bit lower from ranked battles too and I have noticed that this may have changed with the new starter cards rule.
🟣 Rental Report
The rental market wasn't that bad and I was able to get quite a bit from renting out my cards. I believe 9.3k in revenue is the highest I have gotten so far from the rental market in a season. So I look forward to seeing how things go and I admit that I haven't been looking at the market as much lately. I do make my usual adds to the rental market but it's slow.
It was an amazing season and I hope the next few seasons are just as good. The new reward structure will definitely be changing things up and I think the rental market income will be more consistent. At the same time, I am not sure how my chest rewards will go given the new shares feature in the rankings. As for now, I am keeping with my Gold II strategy and I have no idea if it will work with the new changes.
