I like to base my meals off of what is on sale at the store. 5$ off a pound for scallops. Easy choice. Most people like creamy buttery sauces and I would agree.
Some people think cooking takes too long. Most seafood dishes can be cooked in less than 10 mins. I think people just don’t like going to the grocery store nor have the time to do such things.
Easy peasy recipe
Fry scallops on each side until golden brown.
Remove scallops and add butter, garlic, heavy cream and white wine
Add some parsley and lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
