There is an experiment that proves synchronicity possible?
Today, numerous independent experiments have shown that Einstein was wrong and found the existence of the phenomenon of non-local quantum entanglement to the point of assuming that the transmission of information at a speed higher than that of light is totally possible and not at all in time. sure, I think it is appropriate to face the theories on the phenomenon of synchronicity in a new light.
What do these experiments tell us, born from the successful attempt to prove that entanglement exists, contrary to its impossibility hypothesized by the so-called Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox?
That two "bound" particles (even between a single particle ...) maintain their bond even at great distances and therefore there is something that "transmits" information between the two instantaneously, that is, at a speed that is not measurable, certainly by far higher than that of light
That there is a non-local "bond" between the two particles (or between one ...) that cannot be fully explained by current theories.
That there are cases in which a phenomenon takes place that implements two events on physical entities that are distant in space without being able to determine a causality, but which occur causally and not randomly.
How to explain this phenomenon?
According to Costa de Beauregard there are only four possible ways out of this paradox:
1. We don't care about explaining the entanglement but we just study it, which is the approach of quantum physicists
2. quantum mechanics is wrong as Einstein hypothesized and the phenomenon decays at great distances, but modern experiments exclude this solution
3. the theory of relativity is wrong, as hypothesized by Espagnat and Schimony
4. there is a causal link in both the cause / effect versus the effect / cause verse
Today there are also theories that could explain the phenomenon within a system of parallel universes, but more than an explanation of a phenomenon they appear as a way to postpone the problem to a higher level.
How does this relate to the concept of synchronicity?
The term synchronicity was coined by Carl Gustav Jung and, in my opinion, perfectly describes the phenomenon of entanglement even though it was coined to describe macroscopic and non-microscopic phenomena.
The questions that I believe the time has come to ask themselves are:
Is there a phenomenon at the level of the macroscopic world, called synchronicity, which is nothing but the macro version of the phenomenon of entanglement at the micro level?
The fact that one of the two has been experimentally proven, can it make us suspect that some kind of experiment can be feasible that also demonstrates the existence of the other?
What is most striking about so-called synchronicity episodes? Precisely the fact that apparently related events but not linked by causality take place at exactly the same instant, that is, as if a certain information, which would make them linked by a causal link, were transmitted immediately, at exactly the same instant.
One of the simplest examples of synchronicity, which I believe has happened to anyone, is when we stop to think of someone with whom we have not had contact for years and, at that very moment, we receive a call from him, perhaps coming from the other side of the world.
The impression we have is that of a sort of "foresight", because the call is completely unexpected and unusual, like the fact that we were thinking of that person who is not usually the object of our thoughts.
Why did these two phenomena occur at exactly the same time?
Is it possible that the fact is completely random or there is an entanglement between these two people, that is, has information been transmitted between the two in ways that we do not know?
Jung hypothesized that our psyche extends far beyond the physical limits of the human body and is therefore not tied to space / time criteria.
Many explain the phenomena of synchronicity with alleged telepathic capacities rather unprovable and, as far as I know, unproven, but the logical affinity with entanglement, should rather lead us to hypothesize similar experiments and in search of less metaphysical and more demonstrable experiments.
It would be possible to hypothesize an experiment that separates two strongly connected people and, experimentally, provokes some emotionally strong condition in one of the two to verify if the other has, at exactly the same moment, a particular "signal" from one's mind, considering the enormous steps taken from the science and the modern technique in the ability to monitor the phenomena that occur at the level of the human brain?
