Well here we are seeing the price move between its fair points. What I have going on here is a dynamic reactive system of information I follow to lead us to the accurate conclusions we need. As we know ADA price follows the BTC price trend, nearly 90% of the time, we have to follow BTC. I follow BTC on a price range level. When the price range climbs or drops that is important. After the BTC price trend, we have order books for ADA. Walls and market orders will affect the price. This is what we have to watch now, the BTC mining revenue and look for the next increase in mining revenue. I assume it will continue to decrease for a bit longer however, I have some clear signs today that the mining revenue is set to someday soon increase the BTC price. At this point we will discuss trading ADA more in depth. We are not there yet which is why it dropped over 6% . My plan for ADA now is to accumulate more holdings as soon as the mining revenue for BTC levels out and begins its climb upward.
Now you see the plan and why we are looking at BTC mining revenue instead of the ADA updates and orderbooks. I will keep updating the mining revenue here for all to see, there will be some very strong signals coming from here someday. I find that writing it down in a logical order helps me process the information better. Alright so lets begin.
First thing today I saw was that the BTC mining revenue on the 3 year chart is starting to show signs of a flattening and perhaps even an up trend. This is very exciting, I will wait to see it climb before I see any real change here. Lets look at what happened today ok? The price dropped and yet we had some very good developments today. *The miners held more than sold, *the mining revenue on the 3 year chart made its flattening curve from the drop, *and the percentage of longs to shorts went down. It is not worthy of a picture but quick explanation on long/short margin trading percentage: It becomes more expensive and risky to take a position when the vast majority are trading that way, and easy to effect the price so that margin positions can pay off so well. This is why I use the mining data of BTC to see an accurate range of price, there are tools such as open interest and long/short percentages to see more about this, and I will discuss that sometimes.
Here we can see the meeting of the data and the miners behavior.
On the 3 year chart for mining revenue
But on the all time still down
If that all time can go flat then climb, we are set for a price increase because mining revenue dictates selling pressure and transaction fee change.
I will update when things change.
