Life is a complex example of the combination of pebbles and sand
One day a philosophy teacher came to the class with some things and put them on the table in front of him. When the class started, he took a large jar in his hand and started filling it with stones.
He then asked his students if the jar was full, to which the students replied yes. He then took some pebbles and poured them into the jar. When he shook the jar lightly, the pebbles took place in the gaps between the large stones.
He again asked his students if the jar was full, to which the students replied yes. Then he took a box of sand and poured it into the jar, which filled all the empty space in the jar. He once again asked his students if the jar was full, to which the students replied yes.
He then said to the students, "Now, I want you to think that the jar is your life. The big stones are the most important things in life - your family, your spouse, your health, your children. The pebbles are - your house, your job, etc. - and the sand is all the other little things in your life.
If you had just filled the jar with sand, there would have been no room for stones and pebbles. Similarly, if you spend all your energy on the little things, you will not be able to take care of the important things. So you give your family time first, then something else.
First of all, learn to take care of the big stones, which are very valuable to you. Everything else is like sand.
