Stay away from hydration doom!

Keep in mind that by the time you are thirsty, you are already about two percent dehydrated.

It is important that we drink enough water before, during, and after workout to replace the body fluids that we lost from sweating.

If you're doing a particular intense work out it, some sports and energy drinks with lots of good electrolytes will come in handy.
