Tips to follow while drinking water a day

1. don't drink water while standing, drink while sitting.
2. don't drink when you feel no to, it will create swelling on the face if overdosed.
3. don't consume lots of water at a time. it will create trouble for kidneys, joints, bones, gas stroke.
4. don't drink cold water. preferable to drink at room temperature/warm water.
5. drink water empty stomach as we wake up. All the enzymes generated in the oral cavity will be digested
6. 30 min before food and 40 to 50min after food. Many people suggest to drink after 2 hrs. of eating, but in my experience, it is not practical.
