Hello few people who actually read what i post here and even those of you who just scroll down for the tipping, i know i'm late to the supposed schedule i chose for myself but life got different plans for me sooo in the main time have this little recipe here...trust me it's good. It could even be the filling of a meat pie if you add puff pastry, cozy food.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 fennel
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper as needed.(or chili pepper if you like it spicy)

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces. (if you boil it first then it will fray after point 7)
3. Cut the potatoes, carrots, onions, fennel and celery into cubes.
4. In a bowl, mix the mustard with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Save some of the sauce for later.
5. Add the vegetables to the bowl and mix well.
6. Arrange the chicken pieces in a baking dish and spread the vegetables on top of them.
7. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is browned and vegetables are cooked through.
8. Plate up and serve with the remaining sauce and crusty bread, rosè wine is the best for this

Enjoy your meal! 😋
