We all know the importance of taking a nap, allowing some down time and just flat out lounging.
We know that this is necessary. However, we forget sometimes. We do not wish to "lose time" doing nothing when there is so much to be time.
But, it is critical.

As one who measures the success of a day by what gets accomplished, even I have learned to do nothing at times and count it as a success.
Sometimes, a creative spark is what is needed. Hence, a backwards walk from the truck to the front door is what is called for.
At other times, we need a complete recharge.
I have a dear friend who has a big, beautiful, wooden deck on the back porch. On a bad day, the wind is blowing bovine odors directly past her nose. On good days, she sits and reads. It's peaceful and it's important for her to do this.
She's smart enough to know that time must be schedule for this activity.
So, what do you do to recharge?
