Hello everyone, since two days ago I started the Splinterlands social networking challenge, so this week I was collecting the best battles I had in these days, so I decided to participate with a great battle that I did this week with the Death splinter, to continue growing in this great game and get more Glint in Splinterlands.

In this battle you can use 35 mana and the Splinter that you can use are three: Fire, Earth, Death and Dragon. The Splinter that I selected for this battle was the Death type for the strategy that I had in this opportunity, the rule that this battle has is the following:

Taking Sides

  • You cannot summon neutral units.

Summoner - Thaddius Brood

image.png

As a summoner use Thaddius Brood, this is a Death type summoner, the characteristic of this card is that it reduces an amount of life and magic type attack to the enemy for the cost of four mana.

Cursed Windeku

As a tank I decided to place Cursed Windeku, with the cost of six mana, this card has enough life with nine for that cost of mana, with two melee attack plus three speed and with the Thorns ability, since in the recommendation of this rule I will have advantage for this ability.

Riftwing

In the second position use a card called Riftwing, with the mana cost of four has five point of lives, without any attack and with three of speed, this card has two skills, Scavenger, gets 1 maximum health each time a monster dies and the last skill is called Fliying, has a greater chance to evade melee or ranged attacks from monsters that do not have the ability to fly.

Life Sapper

In the third position use a card called Life Sapper, with a mana cost of three it has two points of lives, one point of magic attack and two points of speed, this card has an ability called Life Leech, the health of the monster increases every time it damages the health of an enemy monster in proportion to the damage inflicted.

Silent Sha-vi

In the fourth position use Silent Sha-vi, it is a card that costs five mana points, has two melee attack type, four speed and has five life points, it has a great ability called Sneak, it targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

Daigendark Hunter

image.png

In the fifth position I used Daigendark Hunter, it is a rare type card, it has four life points, with three ranged attack plus two speed, it has an ability called Sneak just like the previous team, it targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

Lira the Dark

image.png

In the last position use Lira the Dark, a legendary card, this card has six points of life without shield, two points of ranged attack and has six points of speed all for the cost of seven mana, this card has two abilities called Opportunity, can attack from any position and will target the enemy monster with the lowest health and the second ability is called Snare, when attacking enemies with flight ability, eliminates the flight ability and can not miss.

THE BATTLE

The enemy selected the Death splinter type with the Earth type summoner from the Chaos Legion collection called Obsidian, with the amount of six monsters.

CONCLUSION

At the beginning of this battle I was placing the necessary formation for this battle and placing each monster in its corresponding position with the cost of 35 mana and placing the Death type summoner called Thaddius Brood, I was selecting the first card with lots of life called Cursed Windeku and to attack the enemy cards and the rest of cards with good skills and attack to take advantage of the rule of this occasion, after five rounds I managed to get the victory and if you want to see the replay of this battle, I'll leave the following link:
