A DARPA report found proof of stake can be manipulated when there are too few validators!!  Now that ETH is proof of stake, maybe Gary and the SEC will reghammer it!! Even so, China burns about 80x Norway, the USA 40x.  Which means Norway is a rounding zit on a major  state's electricity, WHO CARES!!!  Plus by far most of BTC mining is powered by renewables, just like NORWAY!!!  plus NO ONE ever even TRIES to calculate the actual ESG cost of BTC alternatives like the total petrodollar ESG military footprint!! PLEASE SPARE US!!
