There is a massive effort to have the media say crypto did not cause First Republic's downfall.  Don't listen to a $(@$(*#$&$*(& word of it, tho for different reasons.  First Republic did crypto.  Oh  yes they did.  Not in the $#!($&#$(*& FT TLDR and when the Feds nuked SVB from orbit, Barney Frank spit the truth - operation chokepoint 2.0 against crypto banks!!!  & all the other banks that did not hate crypto started to shudder.  Knowing full well the Feds just triggered a bank run ON THEM !!! & the feds did.  First Republic got hit by  a 100 billy bank run, even Binance, hell not even USDT could take THAT kind of size on a bank run.  RIP.
