Biohacking

What is biohacking

BIOHACKING is part of participatory biology "do-it-yourself", a social and biotechnical movement originating in the United States in which individuals and organizations use advances in biology and environmental science with the philosophy of " hacking" for their own purposes.

There is no single definition of what biohacking is. Indeed, each biohacker decides which method of biohacking they wish to adopt.

Biohacking encompasses a wide range of practice, for example it can go through a diet, to set up a routine or on the contrary to change it, to practice a sport,...

As well as through the use of sleep and fitness trackers, dietary supplements, medications, blue filter glasses,

Passing through subcutaneous implants (RFID, electronic cards, magnets, etc.), neuro-feedback, electronic brain stimulators, etc.

Until the modification of their genetic or epigenetic heritage as well as those of other living organisms in order to modify/improve it.

What sounds complicated can be simplified into a single sentence:

Take charge of your life, make it more beautiful, longer, more intense, more exciting.

 Make it worth living.

In other words, as a biohacker, you strive to improve yourself day by day: your own version 2.0.
