HOT CRYPTO NEWS !! CoinMarketCap brings another innovation: A refined mobile application

By xlubecx | free life | 18 Apr 2019

Coinmarketcap.com, one of the 300 most visited sites in the world, has the newest mobile app with the latest mobile app.

According to initial information, the new version of the application brings with it new charts, historical price data as well as the ability to set price alerts (alerts) for all cryptocurrency available in the CMC database.

Users who want to use the app must create an account on CoinMarketCape and sign in. In addition to the aforementioned news, Appka will allow them to follow the news from various crypto-scales, as well as compare cryptocurrency prices with each other. The app can be downloaded from Google Play for Android or AppStore for Ios.

CoinMarketCap has a fertile period
This is another interesting news about this portal in a matter of weeks. We recently informed you that the portal has begun to publish cryptocurrency ratings based on the FCAS methodology. Read more about this topic.

An interesting report was undoubtedly that CMC, in collaboration with the German company Solactive, which is focused on index calculation and management, has launched two of its own cryptoindexes to be used by the Nasdaq, Bloomerg Terminal, Thomson Reuters Eikon and Borste Stuttgart.

The index is two:

CMC Crypto200 Index (CMC200) - which monitors the prices of TOP200 cryptocurrency including Bitcoin
CMC Crypto 200 ex BTC Index (CMC200EX) - which monitors 200 most valuable cryptocurrency by market capitalization excluding Bitcoin
In order not only to mention the positives, CoinMarketCap is also criticized for constantly reporting the volume of trades from the stock exchanges without examining them in more detail. The Tie and Bitwise Asset Management studies suggest that the vast majority of unregulated exchanges falsify volume data and then send "inflated" numbers to CoinMarketCap, which publishes them. This creates a false impression of the entire market, which can ultimately lead to doubts about large investors about possible price manipulation. CoinMarketCap management has promised to pay close attention to this issue and will soon come up with its own solution.
