Binance Research, the analytical section of the world's largest cryptobusiness, Binance, has released a report that concludes that the current cryptocurrency bear cycle has probably already found its bottom.

In this report, Binance Research analyzed a number of factors that point to the differences in the cryptocurrency market from other traditional financial markets.

For example, only seven percent of cryptocurrency are owned by institutional investors. This is a tiny fraction compared to the institutional shares proportional to the US stock market.

The market for cryptocurrency also has an extremely high turnover rate. This means that investors with cryptocurrency are much more sensitive to changes in the market, leading either to excessive confidence in the asset or to excessive pessimism. In summary, this causes higher transaction volume and higher volatility. For comparison, the rate of turnover in the cryptocurrency market is 6 times higher than in the Chinese stock market.

The third difference shows that the cryptanal markets tend to fall in the volume of transactions during the bear market. Indeed, cryptoinvestors tend to "hold" as prices fall. This is a significant difference from other markets where institutional investors are more represented. Most of the investors in the cryptocurrency only increase when the market begins to recover.

Based on the internal correlations of the Binance Research study, it suggests that the cryptocurrency market has probably already found its bottom in this cycle. The growth in institutional investors' business with Bitcoin Futures or the increasing volume of stock exchanges, and thus the awakening of retail cryptoinvestors "from winter sleep" suggest this.
