Sony Playstation

Working on a Dream.. Slowly

Ever since being a young child I've loved computer games. I started with the Atari St, which to this day, gives me fond recollections of my father. We had many consoles growing up moving on in to the next decade. I progressed from our Atari St, on to the Sega Master System then Mega Drive and then my switch to Sony took place with the release of the original Playstation. My sister took the Nintendo route which allowed me dual access to the Super Nes and then the N64. PC play was always on the table through these years also once it became a thing.

Because of my History with computer games, retro games holds a particularly fond place in my heart and old school gaming consoles were the inspiration for my first series of NFTs I released on Rarible. Edmund Mcmillan, The creator of Super Meatboy and The Binding of Issac is a big source of inspiration for me.

Moving on to my work years, gaming unfortunately took a back seat and faded in to the distance for a good long while. After discovering cryptocurrency however I realised that I can combine my passion of the past with my newer fondness and adoration for cryptocurrency.

Blockchain is going to revolutionise the gaming industry in the future and I would like to be part of it, not only as a player and investor but also a creator. My final goal is to have my own little crypto gaming studio. I know some coding and game design and have done courses and research in to modern game engines. I release I will most likely need to acquire the services of at least one game developer to get me to my ultimate goal in the end however. I am working on NFTs and animations in my free time building up to creating my own indie game before I hire anyone to take it all to the next level.
