Being free from physical,emotional, psychological illness or malfunction, Mental and social imbalance is a sign of being healthy.

Health can be seen as a state of total wellness and balance be it Physical, emotional, financially and the likes.
The totality of a person can be summarized as same with his/her health,this is also seen as being free from pains, diseases, hardship and all struggles that pertains to man’s survival.

A person can keep himself healthy by maintaining a healthy diet which consists of a meal plan that involves all 6 classes of food, and is one step to remaining refreshed and boost your immune system
Not forgetting also that One should engage in daily exercise to keep fit and stay in shape as what you take in has the ability to improve or impede ones wellbeing.

It is our sole duty to always keep self's healthy, not missing your sleep schedule and taking rests where and when necessary
This would aid in maintaining a healthy workflow.

Most importantly, learning to minimize screen time and your time spent on the social media can boast one's memory performance and highten creativity.

The media these days play such a large role in the life of many individuals even down to influencing lifestyles and has been a part of the major influnce to depression amongst youths.

I personally this year have made concious efforts to stay away from wasting so much on the social media cutting totally in some days and limiting my time spent on the internet use
and these simple steps has reduced the urge for toxicity
I now have more time to concentrate on my tasks, study, research and even exercise which i now find easy.

Stress can also be explained as accumulated weakness as a result of prolonged work without rest, this can be sorted with timed workings and naps.
Reading books are also a good stress relief one can subscribe to.

 

In africa most particularly, health has been one of the most underated with little or no attention by individuals even down to the consituited powers and authority.
Many are then forced to subscribe to public hospitals for ease of cost, quick access,less sophistication with cheaper local solutions.
With less care and tolerance and at the peak, one final option that stands out is remembering and turning to one's belief at critical moments

In essence remaining healthy has to do with Maintaining a good body hygiene, frequent baths after long hours of work away from home, use of mild sprays, well fitting clothings
This Improves confidence, workm flow and also adding perceived perception of value.

 

Totality of one's well being isn't in much accumulation of possessions but how one manage his/her resources in contentment while thriving to be more

 

Other tips
Excersise - Skipping, effective walking, Moderation in feeding


Having fulfilled all these can a person, can now be termed healthy.

Following these practices would keep you in good shape and form.
