Christmas Fressier

Well on december 24th everyone love a nice looking and delicious meal, but this feeling get stronger for desserts.

While I was planning my family dinner for tomorrow night, I ended up with this tasty dessert that I called "Christmas Fressier".
And before we start, I want to apologize for my english if I got some words wrong~~

Christmass Fressier

This are the things we're going to use:

- 24 cm cake mould
- 4 or 5 cm diameter semi-sphere silicone mold
- at least 4 small containers
- 1 big bowl
- a hand mixer
- 6 grams of grenatine
- 1 package of cookies (15 cookies) or a slice of a 24cm cake.
- 150 grams of unsalted butter (If you use a slice of cake, you don't need this)
- 13 strawberries
- 250 grams of mascarpone (you could replace it by philadelphia cream cheese)
- 300ml of cream
- one can of condensed milk
- a tbspoon of vainilla extract
- 100 grams of passion fruit pulp/lemon pulp
- 100 grams of strawberry jam

The steps:

1.- Put 2 grams of grenatine in two small containers (1 gram per container) and fill each container with 5grams of cold water. Put the other 4 grams of grenatine into another container and fill it with 20 grams of cold water. Set aside.

2.- Put the pulp into the left container and set aside.

Containers (i have to use 2 cups)

3.- Melt the butter and grind the cookies to powder. Then mix the cookie powder with the melted butter and press it down into the cake mould. If you use cake, just put the slice into the cake mould.

4.- Start whipping the cream cheese you have chosen, and and go putting the cream 100 ml at a time. Then add the condensed milk, the vainilla and keep whipping till it double it size.

5.- Put the grenatine's containers in the microwave for 15 seconds each container. Put the 4 grams melted in the cream mixture, 1gram with the pulp of your choice, and 1 gram with the jam. Mix each cointainer as well as you can.

6.- cut the strawberries in half and place them on the edge of the mold.

7.- Put the jam mixture into the silicon mould and wait till it sets.

8.- Place, carefully, the semi-spheres into the base.

You should have something like this:

9.- Now fill the mould with the cream/grenatine mixture to a half cm away from the top

10.- Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

11.- Once the 30 minutes has passed, put the pulp-grenatine mixture in the microwave for 15seconds, grab the mould and put the mixture on top of our cake. Put in the freezer for 2 and a half hour, and enjoy!
