It was requested to me to create an how to article on how to trade NFT's. So without further ado lets get going.
The premise of trading is super simple with a few caveats. You need to have NFTs to trade with, you need to know with whom you want to trade and well they will want to trade as well! :)
Go to wax.atomichub.io and login
Once you are logged in, at the top type in the WAX Address of the person who has the NFT's you want to trade with. For this example I am going to look up my friend afjaw.wam.
So half way down the page you will see "Accounts". If you typed in the name correctly then you will see that person. Click on their name. It will bring you to their page where you can see all their NFT's and how much they have bought and sold on Atomic Hub.
Towards the top under their name you will see a button called "Send Trade Offer". Click on it!
You will be brought to a page that is split into 2 section. Your inventory will be on the left and the person you are trying to trade with will be on the right.
All you have to do is click on the NFT's below that you want to trade until you have an offer that you want to send.
Once you are ready click on "Send Trade Offer" in the top right and wait for them to accept. They will get a notification in Atomic Hub stating that there is a trade offer and they will be able to see it and counter, accept or deny it.
And that is all you need to know to trade NFT's ladies and gentlemen!
Now if you don't know with whom you want to trade then follow these steps.
Lets say you are looking through the market and you find a SUPER cool NFT that you really want but have no WAX to buy it so you want to trade for it.
Look I found this super cool KOG that is being sold for 1,400 WAX (which is overpriced but whatever).
All you need to do is click on the Seller Name. It is right above the Buy button. (oh and to get to this screen just click on "Details" when you see a NFT in the market). Once you click on their name it will bring you to the page from earlier in the article where you will see the "Send Trade Offer" button.
on a side note, this guy (or gal) has bought $37,000 worth of WAX items and sold $29,000 worth of WAX items.... like WTF?!?!?! Oh and the estimated value of the NFT's he owns is $59,000!!
So there you have it guys. How to Trade NFT's. When you are on a person's page there is also a "Transfer NFTs" button next to the "Send Trade Offer" button in case you want to just give that person a NFT that you already own.
As a side note before someone comments with this. Yes you can go to https://wax.atomichub.io/trading and trade NFT's that way but that is not how I do it so that is not how I was going to write a article.
