So I have mentioned it before but never wrote a guide on how to sell your Aether. I am super mad at rplanet these days but I am also not against milking them for all they are worth. If you don't know rplanet is a site where you can stake your unused NFT's (not all of them but a few major 'brands'). When you stake them you earn Aether every hour. You log into the site everyone once in a while and collect your Aether.

I have other articles on rplanet so I won't get too much into besides that but now that you have some Aether you need to know what to do with it right? Well once you get say 160,000 Aether you can take your chances at crafting a new NFT within their own "game" but that is a utter waste of time and resources. I say that you should sell your Aether on the Alcor Exchange.

Step 1)

Go here and login with your WAX Cloud Wallet. https://wax.alcor.exchange/trade/aether-e.rplanet_wax-eosio.token 

Step 2)

Double check the "Aether / WAX" pair is selected on the right hand column. And take note of the price listed there. In this screenshot it is 0.000331101

Step 3)

At the bottom in the "Sell Aether" section enter your information

Price: this is where you type in your price from step 2 so for me right now I type in 0.000331101 (you can change it slightly but I don't)

Amount: click on the 100% underneath so it autofill's your total amount of Aether. You want to SELL it all!

Total: this will auto-populate with how much WAX you will get from the transaction

Step 4)

Click the red "sell [email protected]" button. A new transaction window will popup to authorize it. So click Accept

Step 5)

You're done. That was it. It may take a minute or two to show up but you sold your Aether for WAX!

One thing to note. The price of Aether is tanking right now. And that is because rplanet F'd over its users and is pointless except to sell your Aether and get a little WAX in return. I highly suggest you sell your Aether now and every day after to get out while you can. That is what I am doing. Who knows maybe in a month the price will rise again but I highly doubt it.
