So it's been a while since I had my Hotspot up and running. I wrote an article about how to get your own for free here.
I stopped checking the dashboard everyday because I wasn't earning anything because there was no other hotspots close enough to me. Well I logged into today and saw that I earned some Helium. It's not a lot but it's something alright.
In total I have earned 0.9049 HNT this month with 0.0228 today alone. That is not a lot but it's something. It is all from hotspot earning too. I thought at first maybe somebody used my referral link and it was some commission for them signing up but nope!
You can see that my earnings meter is at 10% which is terrible. But it's also good to know even if you don't have other hotspots within 2 miles of you, you can still earn HNT via the free hotspot. Obviously your mileage may vary.
