So I came across a Faucet that is probably the best and easiest faucet. Normally I shy away from Faucets because you get such little return for your time investment. And while this Faucet still gives you a little each time you claim it can be done every 15 minutes and it is easy to claim. 

The faucet is called Bonus Bitcoin

You create a account with your e-mail address and a password. It sends you a confirmation e-mail. After you click the link on the confirmation e-mail you can login to the website. When you claim your Satoshi you can get anywhere from 1 to 5,000 Satoshi every 15 minutes.

Navigate to the bottom on the page and you will see the Claim button and the captcha. Click in the captcha button and then click on the Claim button. Once redeemed you will see it counting down from 15 minutes until you can do it again. Also I am using Brave Browser and the countdown appears in the tab as well.

You also get a 5% bonus each day at UTC midnight. The 5% comes from all the Satoshi you earned over the past day. If you refer someone you also get a bonus 50% of everything they get. 

Under the Claim button there is a "Change your claim settings" link. Click on that bad boy and you get the following options.

You can enable a alarm to play once the 15 minutes is up.

You can also set the faucet to always redeem the average Satoshi amount. At time of writing it is 20 Satoshi every 15 minutes. 

When you create a account for this Faucet it also creates a account for https://coinpot.co/signin which is the microwallet that stores your Satoshi. From CoinPot you can send your Bitcoin to wherever you want.

A few things to note:

There is a extra section in the Bonus Bitcoin that lets you earn from Satoshi by clicking on links and filling out surveys and such. I would not recommend doing it as most of it is trash or scams.
