The big event happens next Saturday, so make sure your outfits are dry cleaned and you've got a babysitter scheduled... Just kidding, this is DYGYCON, a digital event that you can attend using only your browser. We don't even care if you wear pants!
DYGYCON gets better every time around, and this Saturday once again, we're bringing the party to our gamified digital convention space powered by our friends at Gamerjibe. Our list of sponsors keeps growing. Because it's so easy to get set up with a booth, there's still time to get your company or project represented, and because the event is digital, we've still got room for you!

If you are interested in a last minute booth for the event, we'll be taking new sponsors until next Wednesday (July 14th) at the latest. Booths start at just $200, so participation is much cheaper than you may think. We've had nothing but good feedback from past sponsors on the relationships they've built and the value they've found through being involved with DYGYCON. If you're short on cash but long on NFT assets, we'll even allow our sponsors to distribute NFTs to our guests in lieu of payment, because we want each DYGYCON to be packed with free stuff and prizes for our guests!
The Space
On Saturday, be ready to enter the space at 2pm EST, when the event starts. At the last DYGYCON, we had 1400 registered guests and 400 concurrent guests at the busiest moments. The gamified space has a capacity of just 500 concurrent guests, and this may be the time that we fill it all the way! Of course, anyone who doesn't make it into the event will be able to watch the live stream externally, but we'd hate for you to miss out on the SWAG and prizes just because you weren't there when the doors opened.
To get the most out of the experience, you'll want to be ready with a microphone. A webcam is a nice addition as well, but not as crucial as a microphone. Our guests have always found that the ability to strike up real conversations with people (using their voices) is an integral part of the DYGYCON (and Gamerjibe) experience. Guests are able to set aside their anxieties and meet people the old-fashioned way, with the new twist of not actually being there in person.

Every booth and table in the event is a private conversation space, making it easy to bounce around, meet some great people and learn about some awesome projects. Our sponsors and booth holders are recommended to post at least one person from their team in the booth at all times, which means there's a good chance you'll have the opportunity to have a close encounter with a founder or officer of some of your favorite blockchain, NFT and play-to-earn projects in the space. We're incredibly proud of the connections and partnerships that have started at DYGYCON. With the help of Gamerjibe, we created a fun and gamified event space, where fun comes first and networking comes naturally!
The SWAG
There will be a big booth in the Welcome Room of the event called DYGYCON SWAG. In this booth you'll find the link to a form that will ask you for an email address. These email addresses will be matched to your Gamerjibe user account, so don't try to cheat. We'll know. ;) A few days after the event, you'll receive another form via email through which you can submit your various blockchain wallet addresses to receive your SWAG. At previous events, we have collected these addresses on the original form in the event, but we received feedback that filling out a form for more than a few seconds during the event was frustrating when there was so much event fun being missed.
Be sure to visit individual booths as well, because many of our sponsors will be running special giveaways and promotions of their own. The more active you are at DYGYCON, the more chances you'll have to get lucky with some free stuff! You'll also want to be prepared with the following accounts and wallets:
Splinterlands account - You can be given Splinterlands gifts before you make the $10 upgrade, but to sell items or play to earn, you'll need to upgrade by purchasing the $10 Summoner's Spellbook.
Hive Wallet (upgraded Splinterlands account) - There is a possibility that non-Splinterlands Hive blockchain assets will be given away, so be ready with a Hive account. If you already have an upgraded Splinterlands account, your account name is also the name of your Hive account. If for some reason you don't want to upgrade your Splinterlands account, you can get a Hive account for free at Peakd.com, our favorite interface to the Hive blockchain.
WAX Wallet - At least half of the NFT projects that we have partnered with are based on the WAX blockchain, so you'll want a WAX wallet to receive most of the free stuff from DYGYCON.
Metamask - There is a chance to win items on Ethereum, Polygon or Binance Smart Chain as well. You can interact with all these through a single Metamask wallet using the same address.
