Yesterday I was invited to 'Top SEA Blockchain Companies & Demands for Developers' event organized by The 'Blockchain Train' a series of events that takes place in various locations within KL city in the aim of accelerating the mass adoption of Blockchain solutions, hosted at 'Iconik Co-working Space', a conducive space where entrepreneurs, young start-ups, freelancers, innovators, and dreamers can come together to inspire and be inspired.
The meetup aspires to connect with your normal audience to entrepreneurs, technologies, developers, and overall tech community in Malaysian to share and discuss the idea of how Blockchain can impact businesses and networking.
The main topics discussed were in two areas, first was focused on shedding the light on the Top Blockchain Companies in SEA and how are they impacting business and economy, greatly facilitated by the dynamic Jazilah from IInfinity Blockchain Ventures;
The second part was facilitated by Harpreet, a young entrepreneur armed with his natural inquisitiveness who comes from diverse experience in software development, blockchain development, and information technology and founder of 'Blocklime' a Malaysian based Blockchain company, were he focused on what are the demands like for Blockchain Developers, and the various new careers, job opportunities and training that are now available in the world of Blockchain and fintech with the emergence of this technology.

It's always great to see how the Blockchain technology is picking up fast and the various great activities taking place across Malaysia to raise more awareness of these new development paradigms enabled by Distributed ledger technology and to nurture the digital talent in the country..
After the session we broke out to my favorite part of such events, other then the learnings of course; Networking time, sharing knowledge, backgrounds and discussing everything fintech, blockchain, crypto, opportunities and beyond.
