Today, I watched the 8 hour Joel Osteen sermon that started at 8:00am and ended at 4:00pm. After, I continued praying for a while. I always enjoy a long day of prayer and self-restraint. All I ate today was stale bread and well water. I threw all sugar and sugar products into the trash.
