Gluten Free Lake's Pizza!

Very nice and clean restaurant, really friendly and helpful staff. Located in city of Como downtown, a few steps from its Cathedral. Good gluten-free pizza quality, before remembering to take the picture I ate a piece so I was hungry.

Very tasty and fine, just like I love it, there was also the option with mozzarella without lactose. Many tourists arrived after me in the restaurant, as I often eat almost always when restaurants are opened, since I am used to eating very early when I am at home or on vacation.

I had a chat with an English lady who was having lunch at the table next to mine, a very friendly lady, who seemed to understand quite a bit about food, along with what I presume was her son, spoke only about that.

The only thing that left me a bit perplexed was the place setting, which cost € 3 and the same amount of money regarding the price increase for gluten-free foods.

If a classic Margherita costs € 6, I don't think it's very honest to increase its price by half just for the use of ingredients for coeliacs.

It is also true that the cost of a large part of what does not contain gluten is expansive, but it is the first time that I find myself in front of such an increase in price, fortunately this tendency to make these foods cost exorbitant costs seems to be decreasing, lately can be found without much trouble to an honest prize both in restaurants and in supermarkets.

Ristorante molto carino e pulito, lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Situato In pieno centro della città di Como, a pochi passi dalla sua Cattedrale. La pizza senza glutine é di buona qualità, prima di ricordarmi di scattare la foto ne ho mangiato un pezzo tanto ero affamato.

Molto gustosa e fine, proprio come piace a me, era presente anche l'opzione con mozzarella senza lattosio. Parecchi turisti sono arrivati dopo di me nel locale, come spesso mi capita mangio quasi sempre all'apertura dei ristoranti, dato che sono abituato a mangiare molto presto quando mi trovo a casa o sono in vacanza.

Ho fatto due chiacchiere con una signora inglese che stava pranzando nel tavolo accanto al mio, una signora molto amichevole, la quale sembrava intendersene parecchio riguardo al cibo, assieme a quello che presumo fosse il figlio, parlava soltanto di quello.

Unica cosa che mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso é stato il coperto, costato ben 3€ e lo stesso ammontare di denaro riguardo al rincaro per gli alimenti senza glutine. Se una classica margherita costa 6€ non penso sia molto onesto aumentare della metà il suo prezzo soltanto per l'utilizzo di ingredienti per celiaci.

È anche vero che il costo di buona parte di ciò che non contiene glutine costa parecchio, ma é la prima volta che mi trovo davanti ad un rincaro del genere, per fortuna questa tendenza a far costare cifre esorbitanti questi alimenti sembra essere in diminuzione, ultimamente si possono trovare senza molti problemi ad un presso onesto sia nei ristoranti che nei supermercati.
