Hi everybody,

Yesterday I made a beet soup called borscht. Now I and my son can eat it for a couple of days. Here's how I made it:

First, you boil beef, preferably with the bone. Once you have the broth, you take the meat out and let it cool down.

Then grate beets, carrots, garlic, and onion, fry it with oil, add lemon juice and vinegar and, once fired, throw it in boiling broth.

Then cut cabbage, a couple of potatoes and salary and boil them for an additional 5 minutes. Cut the meat to small chunks and add them to the soup.

Add cut greens: parsley, cilantro, mint, basil. Let it boil another minute. Add tomato paste. Add salt and spices. Mix. Turn off the stove. Eat!
