The Veve app allows you to collect NFT and is mainly based on comics and collectibles. The crypto is OMI (Ecomi).
There are many official licenses including Marvel, DC, Walt Disney, Coca Cola, Star Wars, MLB Baseball, NFL, Tarzan, etc.There are no transaction fees (withdrawals are very expensive). The sections of the app are simple and basic:
1) Store (drop)
2) Collection (my showrooms and collectibles)
3) Feed
4) Market (listings and bids)
5) Profile
The projects are launched through "drop" at a fixed price in the various versions: common, uncommon, rare, ultrarare, secretrare. Prices are in "gems", each worth $1. What you need to evaluate are the prices of real physical comics as well (some have been out of print for decades now). The drop takes place at 5am.
The comics are limited edition and officially licensed. They are browsable and legible. You will find famous brands such as Batman, X-Men, Back to the Future, Cartoon Network, Disney, Ghostbusters and many more. NFT will also arrive on Opensea in the future.
Everything you buy will appear in the app under the name "my showrooms". To buy and make cashout it is necessary to do the KYC (upload a document, proof of residence and selfie) due to the anti-money laundering regulations (it was introduced on 30 July 2022). Cashout is possible in fiat or cryptocurrency (you must have a minimum of 1000 gems on the account and the minimum withdrawal is 100 gems). The downside is the very high withdrawal fees: 10%. Hopefully, these fees will be lowered in the future.

DOWNSIDES
Surely the idea of expanding the concept of physical collectibles to the digital world and the blockchain is a nice idea (because many real comics are now out of the market and nowhere to be found) but the app should be improved. What are the downsides?
1) KYC
2) Presence of bot
3) You must have 1000 gems (approximately $1000) in your account for withdrawal
4) Minimum withdrawal of 100 gems ($100)
5) Very high withdrawal fees (10%)
