Ingredients of the recipe:
- Pilao rice / Basmati rice: 1 kg
- Shrimp (medium size): Half kg
- Ginger paste: Half teaspoon
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- Black pepper: 1 cup
- Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: As taste
- 1 cup of beans
- Spread egg: 1 piece
- Oil: 3 Teaspoons
Steps of recipe:
Step 1
First, heat the oil in a frying pan and put the egg in it. Keep the egg crispy fried and keep it aside.
Step 2
Put the chopped onion and ginger paste with little oil in the pan. Fry for a minute and then add beans and shrimp.
Step 3
Now Cook the rice. If you keep the rice for three hours, then the rice will be dry. Put cooked rice in pan and mix well and then add soya sauce and black pepper. Taste the salt, cause soya sauce has salt. Now add the fried egg, mix well and fry for a few moments. Prawn fried rice is ready to serve.
