I am going to share another recipe of shrimp. You already known about it. I am talking about Shashlik. This is one kind of kebab. We are generally more familiar with chicken shashlik but it can also be made by shrimp fishes and not less delicious to eat.

The list of the Ingredients:
- Big Shrimp Without Shell : 2 cups
- Cut Small Onions in half: 1 cup
- Carrot Cube Cut: 1/2 cup
- Capsicum Cube Cut: 1/2 cup
- Hard Tomato Cube Cut: 1/2 cup
- Green Chili cut into half: 10-12 pieces
- Mustard oil (for frying): As quantity
- White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: As quantity
- Ginger juice: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Cut the shrimp in round, mix with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and ginger juice and put it in a pot and cover it. Heat the pot in stove until the mixture get dry.
Step 2
Boil the carrots with a little salt-water until it get dry.
Step 3
Take shashlik stick and set all ingredients like this format. Shrimp, carrot, shrimp, capsicum, shrimp, onion, shrimp, tomatoes, shrimp, chili. Must be constructed gradually like this.
Step 4
Heat oil in frying pan and make a little fry of shashlik. Sprinkle white pepper powder after fried and it is ready to serve.
