Last week saw a high at (PWH): 113,384 and a low at (PWL): 107,255.
This left us with a range that failed to reach our significant liquidity levels analyzed on Sunday, August 31st. (https://www.publish0x.com/cubancrypt/btc-monthly-analysis-a-possible-trend-change-for-september-u-xdqnrqm)
It's not unusual for this to happen in the first week of the month, because from now on, the algorithm can identify a clear area to target for liquidity.
These high and low prices from last week can be used to look for short-term trades, but I don't expect them to have much of an impact on the price.
Important liquidity is found at the August opening (MO: 115764) at the top... this is the area with the highest probability of a reversal, and this is where I'll look for confirmation for a sell trade... If I don't see a clear reversal signal, I won't do anything until the price reaches the ATH again, and then I'll decide based on price action.
On the downside, the July low at (PML): 105100 should be a reversal point where the price reacts, and this is where I'll look for confirmation to take advantage of a buy trade.
Further down, the June low (PML): 98200 is where we have the only monthly imbalance, and here I expect a much stronger price reaction... ideal for intraday and swing trading.
I'll look for confirmations at these levels. Remember that it's very important for the price to confirm its true intention, because entering without confirmation is a potential trap.
