Their customer service is top-notch as well. I had the unfortunate experience of being hacked a while back. I had been in a hurry and was trying to download Zoom and wasn't paying attention and clicked on a mirror site, so when i installed Zoom, or what I thought was Zoom, well, you get the picture. Anyway, as a result, the hacker got into my Facebook and posted stuff that got me deactivated. I had signed up with LIT using my Facebook, so I had to get a hold of them to get another way to login, and they were very helpful and prompt. So I wouldn't advise signing up for anything on Facebook. Their customer service is, well, there is none really. But LIT.it customer service is great. So far, I've had a great experience with them, and Facebook could really learn a thing or two from LIT.it customer service.
