This is my fourth week on publish0x and I have already spent a whole lot of time here on this platform - reading, liking, tipping, commentating and finally writing and publishing posts. I have not only been very active during that time but I also did a lot of observations. Let me tell you what I have observed and what I have learned during my four weeks as a full-time jobber on publish0x.
Here Is What I Read And What I Observed
The Banano Case
Does my headline sound like a headline from a random post written by the good old publish0x poster SkinnerCrypto? Well, that was my intention and I have to admit that I liked this guy. In my opinion, he was one of the few great posters here on publish0x. His posts were quite successful on publish0x and I think that this success was well deserved. One of the few posts that were rightfully rewarded by the readers because these posts were good. His posts were entertaining and most of all they are original.
But recently he started working for the banano guys: "I Have A BANANO Giveaway For You. I Need YOUR HELP."
The Collaboration between the banano guys and SkinnerCrypto started in the comment section of a post, in which the winners of the writing competition had been announced: "Announcing: #Publish0xTutorials Writing Contest Winners".
SkinnerCrypto was one of the 20 winners and in his case, it was well deserved.

This is the beginning of the relationship between banano and SkinnerCrypto. It seems that the banano guys have bought the good old publish0x poster SkinnerCrypto and his posts are promoting banano from now on. Until now that post did not gain much popularity compared to his previous posts.
But nevertheless, I still like this guy.
Good Luck, SkinnerCrypto!
The Trifolium Files
Exactly on that same day (I think it was yesterday) I made an observation much worse. I made it when I read the post "Top 10 Altcoins to BUY and HODL this 2020" from the poster "circuitops". This guy is like SkinnerCrypto quite popular on publish0x. He published a bunch of great posts in the past. This one I like the most: 25 Cryptocurrency terms or words YOU NEED TO KNOW, right NOW!
But let`s get back to the post I have to talk about. In this post, the poster recommends ten altcoins we should buy and hold in 2020. He recommends:
1. Ethereum
2. Ontology (ONT)
3. Ox (ZRX)
4. Tron
5. Nem
6. Cardano
7. VeChain
8. Trifolium Coin
9. IOTA
10. Basic Attention Token (BAT)
Well, I would only recommend Ethereum and maybe Tron from this list of ten altcoins. I also would recommend some other altcoins like Chainlink (LINK) which is missing on that top ten list. But this is not the point. The point I like to highlight is number eight: The Trifolium Coin (TRF). Here is a screenshot from the post:

What the heck is Trifolium Coin??? Three question marks.
Wait, sounds kind of familiar at least to me. I know this Trifolium Coin from publish0x and here he is Trifolium Coin. He is a brand new author here on the platform promoting his new TRF coin:
Trifolium Coin (TRF) established a system that combines staking with the game. This project is the first time for stake. Keep watching us.

That´s not all, this Trifolium guy left a comment under that post:
Thank you for providing information about Trifolium Coin.
One of the moments in which I couldn`t help myself, I had to reply to this comment as you see in the screenshot below.

I wrote it that clearly in the comment section and no Trifolium Coin or a CircuitOps has replied to my comment so far.
I have no proof of this but also, in this case, a popular poster seems to make paid advertisements in his posts without making this transparent. And here is the important difference to the banano files.
SkinnerCrypto makes the collaboration with banano transparent right at the beginning in a nice and funny way.
But think of Trifoliumand CircuitOps on the other hand. This guy gives us recommendations about where to invest our money.
A recommendation that is possibly bought and it is not made transparent. Do you think this is a good recommendation?
I believe that this recommendation was given for just a small obolus, otherwise, I don`t understand this recommendation.
What do you think? Five Bat or some TRF Coins?
Or do you think this was honest advice? I honestly doubt it.
I made a quick research about the Trifolium Coin that can be found here on etherscan. 114 addresses are holding these tokens and there were only 149 transactions so far. It sounds not like a popular token but hey, at least it has a coingecko widget.
Please have a look at the market cap rank. That`s how popular Trifolium is: ZERO!
But hey, they also have a Twitter page:
The channel opened one month ago and they are promoting a so-called "Self-Drop". All you have to do is send ether to participate.
A user here on bitcontalk says:
There are so many projects now are out and its so hard to select where you can invest or not. I've already encountered before a scam such us NEYROS, METH and FALCON. Like what other project, before investing you need to check the WEBSITE, ROADMAP and the WHITEPAPER.
The whitepaper that you can read here is honestly a joke. It just contains some common statements like what is blockchain and staking.
It is possible that the whole Trifolium Coin is a scam. If you are brave you can send one ether to the address provided in the tweet above and see what happens. If you want to buy some coins here on their homepage you directed to a Telegram group. Buying Coins in a Telegram Group?
If you ask me, I would never EVER send Ethereum or anything else to a foreign address and hope to get something back.
TheCryptoInvestor Effect
Another interesting case is "TheCryptoInvestor Effect". I already made it public in my recent post This Is My Reaction To The Post "Should I Invest In BAT?"
If you haven`t read it, you still can read it later. The response to this post was huge and the comment section literally exploded.

This is just the beginning of the comment section. Thanks a lot to everyone who commented on this post. The response was overwhelming.
My post was the reaction to another post with the title "Should I Invest In BAT?" written by the author TheCryptoInvestor who is saying about himself "I am a good article writer and have lots of knowledge about the crypto world." This post became so popular here on publish0x that many users were asking why? This post was a complete disaster but nevertheless it became one of the most popular posts.
By writing the reaction to this post and by having the discussion in the comment section I discovered an incredible effect.
Here Is What I Learned
There is "TheCryptoInvestor Effect" that can make every post successful here on publish0x. This effect consists of several variables:
1. Write something about BAT and Brave, this is always a smart move.
2. Publish your post at the right time. Always remember: What you want to receive is the first tip of the day. The first tip of the day is always the biggest. (I figured out the right time but this will remain my secret.)
3. After a certain amount of tips and likes (likes are really important) are reached within the first hour, the post becomes a sure-fire success.
4. The post should contain a certain amount of content. The longer your content, the better it is. It`s quantity over quality! When you have to scroll down, down, down a long time to reach the tip button, you just press it so you don`t have to scroll all the way up anymore.
This is what I call "TheCryptoInvestor Effect". Use it wisely!
What did you learn?
Thank you for reading, liking and tipping!
You decide what posts will become popular on publish0x!
But the most important thing for me is that you leave a comment. Your opinion about this topic is important and I hope I could provide you guys something to discuss and to talk about.
