Most of the time when you spin the Daily Wheel you win an in-game token called Sparks, and by collecting 30k of these tokens you can exchange them for one of the EXTRA cards available in the "Other" tab of the Spark Shop.
A large number of players have already reached this 30k mark or are approaching it, and one indication of this is that the cards are starting to run out. The first one that is no longer available was Buns the Unseen, and now Jolius Blast is running out...

Splinterlands Free "Extra" Cards are Running Out!
It's very curious how the market responds to changes, both in everyday life and within Splinterlands. As we mentioned before, the card Buns the Unseen, which was recently available like all the others with over 200 cards available, is now no longer available, and when that happened, the price skyrocketed.
While Jolius Blast is trading at around $1.50, Buns the Unseen is almost reaching $3. The other cards are all around $2, and Buns alone is worth double that, which is quite incredible.
One detail is that I had already commented more broadly on these new EXTRA cards from the Frontier collection, and at that time the Buns The Unseen card, even though I already considered it one of the best options because it's neutral, its price didn't reflect that at all.
Now, with players reaching the 30k sparks mark, everyone's choice was overwhelmingly Buns The Unseen, causing the 300 cards available in the store to sell out very quickly. And the most curious thing is that, by doing this, the existing card supply increased by +300, but the price of the card exploded...
This means that for the vast majority of players, of the more than 300 cards, only about 5% of that total is on the marketplace. The community really liked this card, and of course there are better cards with better stats for the same price level, but the idea of it being a collectible from a community member, Buns, meant that its value wasn't just about its utility, but also as a collectible item.
Among the other options, to be honest, there are cards that are good, but they aren't as versatile and flexible as Buns, because it's of the Neutral element. However, players are increasingly reaching 30k and over time there won't be many other options left either.
Since it's from the Frontier collection, which doesn't have many cards with such high power, I believe a good option could be the Khan Feywest card, because it's a collectible character reminiscent of the Planet of the Apes movie, and its attack is the highest of all, not to mention it's magic, bypassing defenses and being usable with Obsidian reaching 4 magic damage.
As for next options, I believe I would choose between Ratbound Corsair, as it's the card with the lowest mana cost of all. It has the problem of archer damage, but that's solved with close combat. Next, the other option would be Jolius Blast, but since its price is different from the others, I might get another one to sell and then get Jolius Blast. It's a tank with a lot of HP and Void with high damage for Frontier, but the mana cost is extremely high.
