How to Increase the Axie Infinity Score?

Let's start by saying that finding information about the current state of Axie is quite difficult. Even though they have a support documentation with a lot of information, it's not easy to find anyone, a content creator, who can explain in a simple, step-by-step way how the new systems added to the Axie ecosystem, such as the Axie Score, are working. In trying to find an explanatory video, I came across separate explanations or those made by AI, which didn't provide an interesting step-by-step guide. Therefore, the best place to find information about Axie Infinity seems to be in the game's own documentation.

Considering this difficulty, and because I'm curious to know how the Axie system is doing (Axie was one of the first crypto games), I decided to look into what this Axie Score system is, which has been implemented and seems fundamental to the token issue. Come check out what it is and how to increase your Axie Score within the Axie Infinity ecosystem!

I'll be much appreaciated if you VotesReblogs or give any Tips. Thanks and have good reading! 🍀

The main thing initially is to understand what the Axie Score is. Well, it's a points system that sums up all the achievements the user has within the Axie ecosystem, generally counting the badges the user has, from what I could observe. A curious detail that I haven't found elsewhere is related to governance; it seems that the Axie Score works like a multiplier of your AXS stake, increasing your voting power. This is a very interesting mechanism that I haven't seen in other DAO systems because it will end up increasing the power of a very participative user, even if they don't have much AXS in Stake, allowing them to still be significant and, overall, making the opinions of more active users have a greater impact.

As mentioned, the calculation of the Axie score is highly dependent on the badges and the categories of each badge. There are four categories: In-game Performance, Treasury, Community Contributions, and Axie NFT Holdings. Again, it's interesting not to have just one way to earn badges for the Axie scores because it allows users who are more interested in a particular area to focus on it. Sometimes a user is more interested in staking, while another is dedicated to improving their gaming skills, and a third likes the community and decides to help others by participating and building a better ecosystem.

However, since the calculation is based on a formula and each category has a weight, it seems worthwhile to participate at least a little in each of them. The total pool of 100k points is divided with 40% weight for Axie NFT Holdings, 30% for Treasury Contributions, 20% for Community Contributions, and 10% for In-Game Performance. One important detail is that the number of badge points other players have impacts your points; the more users have badges in a category, the lower its point value. Therefore, participating in all categories seems to be the best way to accumulate points.

(Note: The last sentence appears to be incomplete and possibly contains gibberish. It translates to: "Participating in all categories seems to be the best choice for accumulating points.")

I couldn't find this information in the Axie Docs, but I believe that the more points you have, the more your ranking changes within the ecosystem, which currently has: Lunacian, Lunacian Pioneer, Atia Seeker, Chosen of Atia, Atia's Guardian, and MythKeeper. The higher the level, the more BAXS the player can withdraw, which is the linked token given as a reward, and which will be exchanged for AXS. To increase your chances, check the badges and look for the ones you can complete.
