Therefore, having a land and not using it efficiently doesn't seem like a good strategy.

The land system is quite interesting, but also complex. Besides having a land plot, it's necessary to stake tokens, buy upgraded cards to be the land's "workers," and other items, which end up doubling the cost to have the entire land set. It would be interesting if it were possible to acquire lands in a way that they yielded enough to justify the cost and at least earn the Warden title to gain the 5% bonus, but I believe that for new players or those who don't have large amounts invested in the game, this increase isn't so advantageous compared to the high cost.
