TPS is no longer the working buzzword in mainstream crypto. Security and privacy are paramount — too many stories of rich wallets getting hacked and anon devs getting raided.
Just like yesterday's dive into Partisia, today's call Horizon is a "specialized security system created to safeguard options in critical systems." The project stems from the larger ecosystem Fenomy, which has been building and testnetting for at least two years.
Fenomy is a concept I've long thought should be implemented into blockchain — a system for creating a blockchain based on personal relationships. Every family having the infrastructure to easily create its own family bank within a local network, that sort of thing. Horizon is the blockchain within the Fenomy ecosystem built to create the appropriate security around such a service suite.
The $HM Token
The Fenomy team recently did a private raise with a burgeoning launchpad to raise 400 BNB for marketing Horizon. The token is $HM. The low starting mcap of the raise ($80,972!) means big things for those who got in and even bigger things for second rounders who have been holding $FENOMY for a crypto generation waiting for news of a launch.
The team promises that $HM will be fully integrated into the Fenomy ecosystem, with the ability to easily move between $HM and $FENOMY at an appropriate rate.
The L1 Narrative
Mazze did a 100x, Partisia is set for the same kind of performance come late March/early April, $HM is right in that lane.
The chain also hits the dual narrative of security and privacy plus speed, and with its unique family/business/outsider tier and task niche, Horizon is set to make a big splash when it comes out (which should be in March). What's more, the privacy meta hasn't really hit yet — it will have its cycle when politicians start making noise about how bad crypto is again or some high profile dev gets arrested for no good reason.
(I also expect projects like $TCARD to start doing well around this time. VEry important service there.)
The bull market is the time when these kinds of projects do extremely well (well = outperform consumer based projects). That's especially true of projects that have been building for a full cycle and haven't had their breakout moment yet.
