SPS: My Strategy and How to Delegate Them

As everybody knows by now, SPSs have recently taken the place of Collection Power, becoming the new standard to establish a player's eligibility to receive rewards for each victory achieved in ranked matches.

In fact, unlike before, now there are no longer any requirements limiting players' access to higher Leagues, but if not enough SPSs are staked the rewards will be greatly reduced, thus incentivizing players to fight in the League that is more appropriate for the SPSs they own.

In order to allow, however, more skilled but less SPS-stacked players to get a good number of rewards even at the higher Leagues, the Splinterlands team had already introduced the possibility to delegate SPSs to other users, thus starting a new type of market.

So, in an effort to make the most of this situation, I decided to pool all the SPSs I had into one account, i.e., my main one: it was an easy decision and, I would say, almost a no-brainer, since I was only using my secondary account, @wolf-lord, with a few delegated cards at level 1, so the rewards I was getting were already close to zero.

Instead, by putting all my SPSs into one account I hope to be able to improve my results a bit: considering the ever-increasing centrality of SPSs I think, in fact, that it is crucial to keep trying to accumulate as many as possible.

How to Delegate SPS

• from the main screen, click on the SPS symbol (1) in the upper right corner, and on the next screen, click on "menage" (2)

• in the next window, proceed by pressing on "delegate" (3)

• here we are at the crucial stage: enter the name of the player to whom you want to delegate your SPSs (4), specify the number of SPSs you'd like to delegate (5), and finally click on "delegate" (6)

• upon completion of the procedure you can see your active delegation and proceed to change it at any time!

Now we just have to find out how this move will be received by the community and the market in the medium to long term: to be honest, I believe that this is a reasonable choice, but I still feel that a little lower requirements - at least to start with - wouldn't have hurt, thus making this new system also more easily accettable for smaller users.

SPS: la Mia Strategia e Come Delegarli

Come ormai tutti sapranno, gli SPS hanno recentemente preso il posto del Collection Power, diventando il nuovo standard per determinare la capacità di un giocatore di ricevere ricompense per ogni vittoria ottenuta nelle partite classificate.

A differenza di prima, adesso infatti non ci sono più requisiti a limitare l'accesso dei giocatori alle Leghe superiori, ma se non si avranno abbastanza SPS in stake le ricompense subiranno delle forti riduzioni, così incentivando i giocatori a combattere nella Lega più appropriata agli SPS in loro possesso.

Al fine di consentire, tuttavia, anche ai giocatori più capaci ma dotati di meno SPS di ottenere un buon numero di ricompense anche alle Leghe più alte, il team di Splinterlands aveva già da un po' di tempo introdotto la possibilità di delegare gli SPS ad altri utenti, dando così il via ad un vero e proprio mercato.

Nel mio piccolo, per cercare di sfruttare al meglio questa situazione, ho quindi deciso di concentrare tutti gli SPS che avevo in un solo account, ossia il mio principale: la mia decisione è stata facile e, direi, praticamente scontata, dato che utilizzavo il mio account secondario, @wolf-lord, solo con poche carte delegate al livello 1, per cui le ricompense ottenute erano già prossime allo zero.

Concentrando invece tutti i miei SPS in un unico account spero di riuscire a migliorare un po' i miei risultati: vista la centralità sempre maggiore degli SPS penso, infatti, che sia fondamentale continuare a cercare di accumularne quanti più possibile.

Per chi fosse interessato a sfruttare a propria volta la funzionalità di delega disponibile sul sito ufficiale, ecco qui come procedere:

Come Delegare gli SPS

• dalla schermata principale, clicchiamo in alto a destra sul simbolo degli SPS (1) e, nella successiva schermata, su "menage" (2)

• nella prossima finestra, procediamo premendo su "delegate" (3)

• eccoci nella fase cruciale: inseriamo il nome del giocatore a cui vogliamo delegare i nostri SPS (4), specifichiamo il numero di SPS che intendiamo delegare (5) e, infine, clicchiamo su "delegate" (6)

• al concludersi della procedura possiamo vedere la nostra delega attiva e procedere a modificarla in ogni momento!

Ora non resta che scoprire come sarà recepita dalla community e dal mercato questa mossa nel medio-lungo termine: di base penso che si tratti di una scelta sensata, ma continuo a credere che dei requisiti un po' più bassi - almeno per iniziare - non avrebbero guastato, rendendo così questo nuovo sistema anche più digeribile agli utenti più piccoli.
