Eleventh HPUD of 2023!
There is not much time left now and, after almost a year, I will have managed to complete all 12 Hive Power Up Days of 2023: we are at 11 out of 12, one last little effort and the target will be achieved!
This, however, is only one of the goals I set for myself at the beginning of 2023, and certainly not the most difficult or ambitious one.
In fact, the number of HP I wanted to reach by the end of the year deserves a special mention: 5000 HP.
Starting from about 1400 HP this meant setting aside an additional 3600 HP, with an average of 300 HP per month... quite a number for a user like me.
Achieving this goal would have required consistency, commitment and a bit of luck.... and it is with great happiness that today, November 1, thanks to my biggest Power Up ever, I can claim to have reached this beautiful goal two entire months in advance.
With a Power Up of 300 HP - 3 times bigger than my previous record - I break the 5000 HP wall and stand halfway to what will be my next milestone: moving to a 5-digit number, with over 10000 HP.
I am extremely happy to have made it this far: less than a year and a half ago I had 50 HP and knew nothing about Hive. Now, I continue to know little about Hive 😜 but I have 100 times the HP I had back then, as well as having made connections with so many users, written dozens and dozens of posts and comments, invested and played on lots of Hive Games, collected second-level tokens from various projects... and more!
This on Hive is an exciting journey, full of hopes and expectations, fun and demanding, a challenge to be faced on a daily basis, and one that, to date, is giving me some great rewards.
Now, in these two months that are between us and the end of the year, I would like to complete another mid-goal which I had already talked about many months ago, when 5000 HP still looked like a distant dream and setting goals even further seemed almost a utopia - in fact, I would like to unlock the next level of the ranking compiled by @arcange through @hivebuzz and get the Dolphin badge, which is also pursued by @wrestlingdesires and with whom I would like to share this goal.
To get there would require about 700 HP, a number currently almost surely out of my reach, at least based on what I manage to get monthly from publishing my posts... but in recent months I've been trying to grow other sources of income as well, aiming to diversify my activity and creating additional streams of income: of course I'm not expecting miracles, but a few small boosts here and there could really make a difference.
In short, on Hive it feels like I'm building something, and that's why setting new goals and doing my best to achieve them is an essential and vital part of my plan for growth: today I'm celebrating a great success, tomorrow I might take note of a sad failure, but what really matters is just to keep striving steadily to advance one more step each day. Whether small or big, it will bring me a little closer to my next milestone.

Undicesimo HPUD del 2023!
Non manca molto ormai e, dopo quasi un anno, sarò riuscito a completare tutti e 12 gli Hive Power Up Days del 2023: siamo ad 11 su 12, un ultimo piccolo sforzo ed il traguardo sarà raggiunto!
Questo però è solo uno degli obiettivi che mi sono posto all'inizio del 2023, e sicuramente non il più difficile o ambizioso.
Un posto di rilievo lo merita infatti il numero di HP che volevo raggiungere entro fine anno: 5000 HP.
Partendo da circa 1400 HP questo significava metterne da parte altri 3600, con una media di 300 HP al mese... un numero di tutto rispetto per un utente come me.
Per raggiungere questo traguardo servivano costanza, impegno ed un pizzico di fortuna... ed è con grande felicità che oggi, 1 Novembre, grazie al mio più grande Power Up di sempre, posso dire di aver raggiunto con due interi mesi di anticipo questo bellissimo obiettivo.
Con un Power Up di 300 HP - 3 volte più grande del mio precedente record - infrango il muro dei 5000 HP e mi pongo a metà strada verso quello che sarà il mio prossimo traguardo: passare ad un numero a 5 cifre, con oltre 10000 HP.
Sono estremamente contento di essere riuscito ad arrivare sin qua: meno di un anno e mezzo fa avevo 50 HP e non sapevo nulla di Hive. Ora, continuo a sapere poco di Hive 😜 ma ho 100 volte gli HP di allora, oltre ad aver stretto legami con tanti utenti, scritto decine e decine di post e commenti, investito e giocato su tanti Hive Games, accumulato tokens di secondo livello di vari progetti... e altro ancora!
Questo su Hive è un viaggio emozionante, carico di speranze e di aspettative, divertente ed impegnativo, una sfida da affrontare quotidianamente e che, ad oggi, mi sta regalando delle belle soddisfazioni.
Adesso, in questi due mesi che ci separano dalla fine dell'anno, mi piacerebbe completare un altro obiettivo intermedio di cui già avevo parlato tanti mesi fa, quando ancora i 5000 HP apparivano come un sogno lontano e porsi obiettivi ancora più in là sembrava quasi un'utopia - vorrei infatti sbloccare il prossimo livello della classifica stilata da @arcange attraverso @hivebuzz e ottenere il badge di Delfino, inseguito anche da @wrestlingdesires e con cui mi piacerebbe condividere questo traguardo.
Per arrivarci mi occorrerebbero circa 700 HP, un numero attualmente quasi sicuramente fuori dalla mia portata, almeno basandomi su quello che riesco ad ottenere mensilmente dalla pubblicazione dei miei posts... ma in questi mesi ho cercato di coltivare anche altre fonti di guadagno, puntando a diversificare la mia attività e creare flussi di guadagno ulteriori: certo non mi aspetto miracoli, ma qualche piccola spinta qui e là potrebbe davvero fare la differenza.
Insomma, su Hive mi sento di star costruendo qualcosa e per questo porsi nuovi obiettivi e dare il massimo per raggiungerli è parte integrante ed essenziale del mio progetto di crescita: oggi festeggio un grande successo, domani potrei prendere atto di un triste fallimento, ma ciò che conta davvero è solo continuare ad impegnarsi con costanza per andare ogni giorno avanti di un altro passo. Piccolo o grande che sia, mi porterà ancora un po' più vicino al mio prossimo traguardo.
