Bid on Cards to Get the Best Deals!
Out of the several Splinterlands secondary markets, the one I use daily to check and manage my collection is Splex.gg (ref. link), about which I had written on two previous occasions:
Personally, I love almost everything about this site, starting with the interface rich in options but not cluttered, endowed with a modern and quite eye-catching style, then continuing with the countless features that help to rent, transfer and buy cards, and finishing with several tools to find out the average content of the chests, or the value of one's daily and end-of-season rewards, or even the number of copies one needs to bring one or more cards to a specific level, with the associated overall cost to pay if one proceeds to purchase them.
In short, this is an extremely complete marketplace that really offers a lot of utilities.
Speaking of which, today in this post I would like to analyze a feature that I have been trying to make use of a bit more lately, in an effort to improve and optimize my collection as much as possible: I am talking about the bids feature, i.e. "bids", with which you can specify the price you are willing to buy a card at and let the system complete the purchase where someone puts, at any point, the card we need for sale at the price we have specified.
This feature is extremely useful to attempt to buy cards at cheaper than market prices, as well as to catch any temporary price drops of a given card.
More specifically, here's how you can, in ten steps, get to set up your first bid on Splex.gg, so that you can try to snag some nice deals!
First, after logging in to the site via Hive Keychain, from the homepage we need to click (actually just pass over it with the mouse) on "Market" (1) and then, in the drop-down menu that will open, on "Market Bids"
On the next screen we will have to grant the site "active authority" (3) to the account we wish to bid with: this is required as otherwise the system would not be able to complete purchases for us. For security reasons it might be a good idea to use a secondary account, on which we would transfer only the DEC needed for the purchases we want to complete. We next confirm the operation via Keychain (4).
Now we can specify the account with which we want to create the bids (5) — which will presumably be the same as in steps (3) and (4) — and press "Create New Bid" (6).
Now all we have to do is to choose the card we want to purchase, entering the desired purchase price, the number of copies to be purchased, and the maximum number of already combined copies we are willing to accept (7), and then select "Create Bid" (8).
Done. We can now see (and, if needed, edit) our bid (9) and enable, pause, or delete it at any time (10).
The features then, needless to say, don't end there, as, with a single click, you can adjust the price of your bid to make it the highest (if you want to be the highest bidder) or specify right away the level at which we want to get the card so that the system will calculate how many copies we need to buy... and not only! You can choose whether to buy cards with DEC, Credit or both, or specify if we want the Regular Foil or Gold Foil version....
In short — and to conclude — the site offers, as always, extremely precise and accurate control over what you want to do, assisting every gamer to achieve the intended result quickly and with the least possible waste of resources...
... and on top of that — similar to Monstermakert.io — the site also offers a cashback system on purchases! There's really nothing missing :)

Tra i vari market secondari di Splinterlands, quello di cui ormai mi servo quotidianamente per controllare e gestire la mia collezione è Splex.gg (ref. link), riguardo al quale avevo già scritto in due precedenti occasioni:
Personalmente adoro un po' tutto di questo sito, a partire dall'interfaccia ricca di opzioni ma non confusionaria, dotata di uno stile moderno e piuttosto accattivante, per proseguire con le numerosissime funzioni che aiutano a noleggiare, trasferire ed acquistare le carte, e finendo con i vari tools per scoprire il contenuto medio delle chests, o il valore delle proprie ricompense giornaliere e di fine stagione, o ancora il numero di copie che ci occorrono per portare una o più carte ad un certo livello, con annesso costo complessivo da sostenere nel caso si proceda all'acquisto.
Insomma, si tratta di un market estremamente completo che offre davvero tante utilità.
In proposito, oggi in questo post vorrei analizzare una funzione che ultimamente sto cercando di sfruttare un po' di più, nel tentativo di migliorare ed ottimizzare il più possibile la mia collezione: parlo della funzione di bids, ossia di "offerte", con la quale è possibile indicare il prezzo al quale si è disposti ad acquistare una carta e lasciare che sia il sistema a completare l'acquisto ove qualcuno metta, ad un certo punto, in vendita la carta che ci occorre al prezzo da noi indicato.
Questa funzione è estremamente utile per cercare di acquistare carte a prezzi inferiori a quelli di mercato, nonchè a cogliere eventuali temporanei abbassamenti di prezzo di una certa carta.
Nello specifico, ecco come è possibile, in dieci passaggi, arrivare ad impostare la propria prima bid su Splex.gg, così da poter tentare di strappare qualche bella offerta!
Per prima cosa, dopo aver acceduto al sito tramite Hive Keychain, dalla homepage dobbiamo andare a cliccare (è in realtà sufficiente passarci sopra con il mouse) sulla voce "Market" (1) e poi, nel menù a tendina che si aprirà, su "Market Bids".
Nella schermata seguente dovremo attribuire al sito la "active authority" (3) all'account con cui desideriamo fare offerte: questo è necessario in quanto altrimenti il sistema non potrebbe fare acquisti al nostro posto. Per questioni di sicurezza può essere una buona idea utilizzare un account secondario, sul quale trasferire solo il DEC necessario agli acquisti che vogliamo completare. Confermiamo quindi l'operazione tramite Keychain (4).
A questo punto possiamo indicare l'account con il quale vogliamo creare le bids (5) — che presumibilmente sarà lo stesso dei passaggi (3) e (4) — e premere su "Create New Bid" (6).
Ora non ci resta che scegliere la carta che vogliamo acquistare, indicando prezzo di acquisto desiderato, numero di copie che si vuole acquistare e numero massimo di copie già combinate che siamo disposti ad accettare (7), per poi selezionare "Create Bid" (8).
Finito! Possiamo ora vedere (e, all'occorrenza, modificare) la nostra bid (9) e abilitarla, sospenderla o cancellarla in ogni momento (10).
Le funzioni poi, naturalmente, non finiscono qua, in quanto, con un solo click, è possibile adeguare il prezzo della propria bid in modo da farlo diventare il più alto (se si desidera essere i migliori offerenti) o indicare da subito il livello a cui si vuole portare la carta in modo che sia il sistema a calcolare quante copie ci occorre acquistare... e non solo! Si può scegliere se acquistare le carte con DEC, Credit o tutti e due, oppure indicare se si vuole la versione Regular Foil o Gold Foil....
Insomma — e per concludere — il sito offre come sempre un controllo estremamente preciso ed accurato su ciò che si desidera fare, aiutando ogni giocatore a raggiungere il risultato sperato velocemente e con il minor dispendio possibile di risorse...
... e in più — similmente a Monstermakert.io — il sito offre anche un sistema di cashback sugli acquisti! Non manca proprio nulla :)
