As you probably know that I'm interested in Horizen. In an earlier entry, I promised you a certain function of the project, namely masternode.
What are masternodes?
They are specially configured wallets/nodes of a given cryptocurrency. They maintain full synchronization with its blockchain network and, most importantly, are active around the clock. The main task of masterminds is to perform transaction confirmations in a given blockchain. Depending on the rule in force in a particular cryptocurrency, such a node takes part in authorizing transactions, mixing, increasing their privacy or providing other additional services.
Due to the key importance of the mastermind for the whole network, their owners have the right to vote within the system of managing a given currency - thus they have an influence on the direction of the whole project.
Establishing a Horizen cryptic masternod is simple. You have to follow the following three steps:

First of all, you have to buy a sufficient quantity of HORIZEN through the exchange. The cryptocurrency can be bought on 20 exchanges around the world, including Binance. Currently the price of one Horizen unit costs about $6.
Minimum quantity of this coin: in the case of the HORIZEN cryptocurrency, 42 or 500 pieces are required on your wallet to put on masternodes. Please note that it is worthwhile to buy a few more coins for your commission.
2) Secondly, you need to download the official crypto wallet to which we transfer our Horizen.
3) You need to buy a knot by purchasing an appropriate hosting service.
24/7 server: we need a server that will be active 24/7 without interruption with your stacked wallet running. We can organize the server ourselves or use the services of external companies.

As we can see, placing 42 ZEN masternods generates us a revenue of about $3.79 per month of fired nod. The cost of betting a nod at the moment is about 252$.
In turn, the nod based on 500 ZEN stacking generates us revenue of about $34.77 per month of nod fired. The cost of putting a nod on this moment is over 3000$.
It should be noted that Horizen has the highest number of fired nodes of all the cryptocurrency of almost 39000. For comparison, Dash has 4627 masternodes.
The large number of nodes in the HORIZEN is certainly due to its simplicity and low price.
