Bittrex shares books with Upbit - they both are huge exchanges yet both need full KYC, AML - documents verification.

Some people may have issues to pass it or do not want to do it. Bittrex started as no KYC exchange so i can understand that.

Sure you can check anonymous bitcoin exchanges list and choose a spot with tries but it will not be 1:1 as Bittrex.
