Section A: Introduction

The Cryptocurrency Degenerates (CDGS) NFT Art Projects with its Genesis creation on the Cosmos Omniflix platform continues to build its foundation for future success. The four main objectives are (1) To provide long-term utility benefits to owners; (2) To provide help for selected individuals to achieve self-reliance; (3) To provide excellent Profile Picture Art – PFP; (4) To provide a new form of blockchain NFT gifting. These will be discussed in more detail when discussing the road map below. The emphasis remains on providing long-term utility value for CDGS projects NFT owners and also to raise funds for a worthy social cause - to provide funding for selected individuals to improve their lives by helping them to become self-reliant. In the case of extremely poor people, this is easy to accomplish with limited funds by providing skills training. Thus, "Changing one life at a time." In an effort to reward CDGS Omniflix minters an airdrop has already taken place - 25 CDGS minters were each airdropped a Stargaze NFT from the CDGS Stargaze Metaverse Warriors collection (mint ongoing). The winning Omniflix wallets and their corresponding Stargaze wallets can be viewed at this link. More airdrops will follow in the next few weeks - additional information is below.

Section B: Project News | NFT Collections Launched | Upcoming AssetMantle Launch - Whitelist Open | Talis Juno Launch | Airdrops

1. Cryptocurrency Degenerates NFT  Genesis Collection

The Cryptocurrency Degenerates NFT Collection was launched on Omniflix Network and the mint is ongoing. It is a 10 000 piece collection of which 8000 are for sale at a cost of 1 Juno each. 2000 have been retained to use for future partnerships to create utility for CDGS owners. With the expected launch of the FLIX token on the Omniflix Network in the coming weeks, it is anticipated that the collection will sell out in time. 10 Chains on Cosmos will be airdropped FLIX tokens which will undoubtedly increase adoption substantially. The idea of a large collection is ultimately to create a large community, which in turn will act as an incentive for future partnerships with other projects in the Cosmos Ecosystem to collaborate with the CDGS community, by offering incentives for the CDGS community to participate or engage in their projects.

Airdrops: A percentage of CDGS minters have already received their first airdrop as explained in the introduction. Further airdrops will follow. It is anticipated that within the next 4 weeks two new collections will be launched on the AssetMantle chain and Talis Juno NFT platforms. CDGS minters will receive an airdrop of 25 NFTs for each of these two new collections in their corresponding AssetMantle and Juno Talis wallets (329 in each collection). In each instance, the winning wallets will be published with their corresponding MNTL and Talis wallets. The winning wallets will be selected from those who have minted an NFT from the Omniflix CDGS collection - the link to mint can be found on the Omniflix home page, or here https://frontier.omniflix.market/nfts 

2. Metaverse Warriors Collections - Rationale (5 Collections)

In addition to the genesis CDGS collection on Omniflix Network, 5 other smaller collections will be launched on different chains in the COSMOS ecosystem. The first three of these collections each have 329 NFTs: CDGS Stargaze Metaverse Warriors; CDGS AssetMantle Metaverse Warriors and CDGS Juno Talis Metaverse Warriors. The remaining two collection launches will be announced at the appropriate time in the future and have not been decided/finalized yet.

Although the CDGS Metaverse Warriors Collections are similar there are some different traits like backgrounds and clothing etc. The male character is the same.

The rationale behind creating several collections on different chains (the main collection on Omniflix) is to establish the project among several different communities thus increasing the opportunities for the CDGS project NFT owners. It has already been stated that NFTs will soon become interoperable between chains on Cosmos. This means that NFTs will become transferable which will open up a whole range of new opportunities. One such opportunity being developed is that NFTs will become stakeable in various pools on various chains. All the future innovations are not yet clear but building a solid foundation by launching collections on various chains will surely increase the future utility opportunities for CDGS collections holders.

CDGS DAO - This will also be established to enable CDGS collections minters to participate in governance & help build the project. More information is in Section C below.

Airdrops

Finally, a percent of all launched CDGS collections will receive airdrops. For example, when the CDGS AssetMantle Collection launches both the Omniflix CDGS community and Stargaze community members who have minted will be eligible for the airdrop (CDGS AssetMantle NFTs) automatically without doing anything (except having previously minted a CDGS on Omniflix or a CDGSTAR on Stargaze). If any other collections launch before the AssetMantle collection then that community will also be eligible. Likewise, those who mint CDGS AssetMantle NFT will be airdropped CDGS Omniflix NFTs.

3. CDGS AssetMantle Launch - Whitelist Open (CDGSMTL)

The CDGS AssetMantle collection will be launched within the next 4 weeks and possibly 2 weeks. There are 329 NFTs in the collection (269 for sale). 60 will be airdropped and used for promotion as follows:

CDGS Omniflix minters = 20

CDGS Stargaze (CDGSTAR) = 10 

CDGS Other Collection = 10

The collection will have 329 NFTs. Once again an airdrop will take place similar to the one explained above for AssetMantle.
