I have had an account with Kucoin for some time now, over a year. I admit up-front that I have some memory-issues (damage-related not Dementia) that complicate my life.
The reason this is important is reflected in how Kucoin has unfailingly been of enormous help to me from when I made some mistakes in setting up my account that they helped me straighten-out quickly and completely to my most recent experience with getting started with Kumining, a Mining service they offer.
Because of my memory-issues (it's like having a damaged-sectors harddrive but inside your head) there's times, especially when I am trying something new that minor errors creep in no matter how careful I am with triple-checking.
So, because of that, and the resultant lack of confidence that arises from time to time because of it, I had quite the reply-chain of emails with Kucoin Support today.
In every email they were Professional, Personable, Helpful and extremely as well as unfailingly patient with me as I went through concern after concern with them.
I cannot praise them any higher than stating that they have a Customer/Client Support staff that are truly above and beyond any I have encountered to-date.
Responses were very quick, extremely polite, and always made me feel valued and respected.
And for someone of my age, with a 'damaged harddrive' in his head, that counts for a lot!!!
The two agents who were responsible for this above-board experience I was requested to name, and will do so to ensure they get proper and due credit when I send in the screenshot of this post.

In close, if you're thinking of an Exchange, I very strongly recommend Kucoin as in my time of dealings with them they have proven to be well worth my trust. If you're new to Crypto, I recommend them because if you need help, they're right there for you.
