Forbes has released an interesting news article about China having the intent to release their own digital cryptocurrency within 3 months, with a target date of 11th November. With the Central Government in control of the project, they have directed the project partners, consisting of big names like:

• Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
• Bank of China
• Agricultural Bank of China
• Alibaba
• Tencent
• Union Pay

This may have a positive impact on the cryptocurrency market as it increases awareness of cryptocurrencies and may have a domino effect on the other cryptocurrency titans in the market, like BTC.
