Hello. My name is Feax21. I am an Alien Worlds independent Miner and these are my AW chronicles.
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In this first article about Alien Worlds, I would like to describe my efforts to understand in which lands I can get the best TLM mining performance maximising my production and increasing my profits. The idea came to me after coming across an article by my good friend [labrinth] with title Alien Worlds | 6 Tips To Help Maximize Profit where the author made me aware about an unofficial AW webpage http://awstats.io that provides some very interesting tools to the miners understand their mining performance.
Specifically, the webpage http://awstats.io/mining/miner/24/n4gay.wam provided information about the 46 hours or (100 lines of data) of mining stats for every miner and the fields include information such as: 46 hours TLM mining profit, Mining Location, Royalty Paid, Landowner information, Royalty amount, Mining Transaction Id, etc.
It was also providing an option to download all the stats in a .csv file for a period of 48 hours. Therefore, I have decided to to download all of my available mining stats for the period from 8-4-2021 which is the start of the mining database until 10-05-2021 in 48 hours chunks . Here I would like to note down that in order to avoid any duplicate entries, the first chunk's period should include the following period
8-4-2021 00:00:00
8-6-2021 00:00:00
And the second chunk would include the following period
8-6-2021 00:00:01
8-8-2021 00:00:00
and so on.
The purpose of this job was to create various graphs that would provide me a very good insight and information about my mining performance finding for example where I had the best mining operations and the Royalty paid to each landowner although the mining performance may fluctuate due to AW's tokenomics, but still it would provide me a very good insight. Although I have started my mining operations at least 2 month earlier, with just a shovel and having completely no idea about the game and its purpose, I have very quickly managed to raise a respectful amount of TLMs that I sold it for wax in order to buy more sophisticated equipment such as capacitors and furthermore 3 standard drills for quite a cheap amount of wax before the prices would skyrocket and this is my main mining equipment for a long time.

I think the setup of the 3 drills is quite fair and taking into consideration the fact that the price of more sophisticated mining equipment such as the Trillium detector or the saw etc has been skyrocketed without any considerable margin of profit since the increase in the AW popularity and the number of mining operators.
After downloading all the .csv files from the mining database, I had to process the raw data removing the fields that were unnecessary and categorizing the transactions by landowner which was actually a quite quick task because normally i don't change mining lands every often but I keep mining in a land for several days until I would come across a new mining offer on twitter from the landowners that are offering extra nfts as an incentive to mine in their lands.
1.1 AVERAGE MINING PROFIT & ROYALTY PER LANDOWNER
The first graph that I calculated was the AVERAGE MINING PROFIT & ROYALTY PER after calculating the average amount of TLM mining profit and TLM Royalty for each landowner. As i mentioned above, due to the AW tokenomics, the TLM mining profit might fluctuate over time even if the commission percentage and the mining equipment remains the same, therefore it is safe to calculate the average amounts of these stats.

From the above graph, is obvious that explosivesop offered the best ROI in terms of the highest TLM profits and one of the lowest Royalty commissions back in the early April. Although thelandowner offered a good average TLM profit, he has the highest average TLM Royalty as well. Take a note about Raccoonbrand as they seem a very good average TLM mining profit at 0.2 TLM and their average Royalty is quite low although they decided for a period to increase their commision from 10% to 20% then to 5% and then again to 10%. I should only mention Nomadic (Frame) in Neri and mrtree42o42o and (Crypto)Stache in Kavian that offered quite low average TLM profit but I have managed to earn some abundant NFTs during my mining operations there.
1.2 ALL TIME SEQUENCE OF TLM MINING PROFITS
On one of my calculations, I have decided to include all transactions into one spreadsheet and then sort them according to time starting from the earliest date of 08/04/2021 until 10/05/2021. The result is the following graph. It is very obvious that the greatest profits were on early April when i was mining at explosivesop land on kavian before switching to thelandowner in Kavian and the Nomadic Frame land on Neri because of their mining promotions. However the TLM profits have been quite low in these lands before switching to racoonbrand mining on their kavian land with a commission of 10% that helped me to increase my profits. When i went back on their land on May, the TLM profits spiked again although the higher commission fees of 20% that obliged me to move to q1fb3.wam. From that moment and beyond, TLM profits were extremely low during early May.

1.3 ALL TIME SEQUENCE OF TLM MINING PROFITS
Although the higher TLM mining profits that were spiked on the previous graph, it is obvious that explosivesop and raccoonbrand kept the higher Royalty commission in comparison with the rest of the landowners.

1.4 TLM PROFIT COMPARISON PER LANDOWNER
On this graph, I compared the TLM mining profits of all the landowners that I used their land for my mining operations. It is a similar graph with the one above but this time the values aren't sequential. However, since for some landowners, I used their land to mine only few hours or days, they have limited values in comparison with my main mining lands such as the racoonbrand where i mine quite often and in big periods. In fact, I have counted 113 mining transactions on racoonbrand's land and the number is keep growing. Still, it is also visible what was examined before that explosivesop hold the higher TLM mining profits and then we see a quite significant spike on the TLM mining profits during my 2nd mining period on raccoonbrand land which i continue to use for my mining operations. The rest of the landowners can't escape from mediocracy, the TLM mining profits are extremely low so I can't see any reason to continue mining on their lands. As I said before, I should only mention Nomadic (Frame) in Neri and mrtree42o42o and (Crypto)Stache in Kavian as I have managed to earn some abundant NFTs in their lands during my mining operations.

1.5 TLM ROYALTY COMPARISON PER LANDOWNER
Surprisingly thelandowner kept the highest Royalty commissions without even dropping a single NFT, therefore quite soon i discontinued my mining operations on this land. Explosvesop has a significant but not too high Royalty commission and it is a pity that I left his land in order to endeavour my mining operations in other landowners hoping to mine some NFTs as well. The spike on racoonbrand royalty commission during my 2nd mining period is quite significant as they raised the royalty to 20% and soon I left to find other lands with lower commission although I am now back as they had dropped their commission to 5% before raising it again to 10% and I can't move as my bag is currently lock and I can't unlock it.
The rest of the landowners have quite low royalty commissions but their profits are also significantly low so it isn't worthy to mine into their lands unless they are offering substantial NFT drops.

1.6 NFTs DROPS STATS
It is obvious that Nomadic (Frame) in Neri has provided me the greater number of NFTs (3). However, their mining forest land on Neri provides only a x1.2 multiplier of the TLM mining profits so it isn't easy to stay there unless you only target abundant AW NFTs. Racoonbrand has provided me also an abundant NFT and 2 generic racoonbrand NFTs which aren't compatible for staking on Rplanet but I will count them also as 3. I also have earned NFTs from mrtree42o42o and (Crypto)Stache in Kavian but only 1 from them since I have stopped mining there as the TLM mining profit is too low.

Generally talking my impression from my TLM mining profits from these lands is that it isn't worthy to mine in a land with low TLM mining profits just to get an abundant AW NFT card which isn't stakable anymore in R-Planet or has zero staking rewards.

**Graph needs update**

1.7 ABOUT CRYPTOMONKEYS
Maybe few readers will be questioning why I haven't mentioned cryptomonkeys at all. Well I used to mine on cryptomonkeys during my early days on AW mining on their Neri forest land with a standard shovel for months with a 1.2 TLM mining multiplier without receiving a single cryptomonkey NFTs and the profits were extremely low as well.

Although their aggressive promotion strategy on social media to attract miners, In order to get that cryptomonkey NFT, a miner should be on the top-199 TLM profits of their lands and a top-500 for a random draw according to their cryptomonKeys Update #15 which i find extremely difficult to enter into that list. For example the 19th miner mined exactly 2083.8924 TLM on March so with the TLM profits shrunk due to the game's popularity so I find it extremely difficult to enter into that list.

Therefore, I left from their land very early into my mining operations before the Alien Worlds stats were available on awstats.io and from Neri completely seeking higher TLM profits on Kavian which is my main mining base. I might opt to mine in their Kavian Icy Mountains in the future though and give them another try in case they will drop me one of their NFTs as I have a suspicion that their rewarding system has been updated on cryptomonKeys Update #21
Unfortunately the Mining Database is currently unavailable and I don't know if it will be back again but i really hope that would happen very soon.

A big thank you to racoonbrand for the TLM profits that I have earned in their land on kavian 4:6. However i am a bit disappointment by their Atomic.Hub account collectwhale as it seems they publish packs with 100 or 200 Racoons. Hoping that it means 100 or 200 NFTs packs that I could stake on R-planet, I wasted 40 Wax only to realise that I only got 100 Raccon tokens worth 15 wax. Be careful out there because there is a lot of misleading from people trying to snatch your wax for nothing. Not happy with racoonbrand anymore so i left their Alien World kavian mining site.
