"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step"

Exciting times, folks!
Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey for me as a creator and crypto nerd. That's because as of this post, I'm finally hopping on the bandwagon of ultra ambitious goal-setting on Publish0x.
Some may gawk at this trend as unrealistic or "false-hope-inducing," but I disagree. I'm a strong believer in written accountability, and while we all know that many of these goals may never come to fruition, I'd argue that they're a net-positive for the space as a whole.
Extremes on both sides will always exist -- why not embrace the positive side of the equation?
What it really comes down to is valuing over-ambition over hyper-realism.
As everyone's favorite 3rd grade wall poster told us...

So who cares how crazy your goal is?
Let it excite you. Let it challenge you. And let it drive you to go beyond what you ever imagined possible.
NOW... let's get down to the task at hand.
Privacy, internet speed, and silky-smooth interface are all great reasons to use Brave...but this series will be focusing on my favorite benefit of them all:
Accumulating crypto for the long-term.
If you've been using Brave for a while, you already know how BAT payments work. But if you either haven't downloaded Brave yet or are new to the browser, here's the gist:
1. View ads = Earn BAT
2. Refer new users = Earn BAT
3. Receive tips on social media or your personal websites = Earn BAT
As a blogger, social media user, and major BAT bull, there are simply too many reasons to be excited about this coin.
Thus, I've decided to document my journey in building a substantial BAT nest egg.
Here's how this will go down:
1. Document the journey from brand new Brave user to significant BAT nest egg
2. Research, test, and share the best BAT accumulation strategies, so we can all crank up our BAT gains together
3. Shoot for a very ambitious 100,000 total BAT accumulation!
Current Stats (June, 2020):
Note: For the first few installments of this series, My "Total" will be less than my subtotals. This is because Brave requires certain minimums for withdrawals, and I'm not counting BAT as part of my "Total" until it's fully withdrawn and locked up in my Atomic Wallet.
June BAT Results:
- Referral Links Confirmed: 0 (0)
- Tips (Reddit): 0
- Tips (Twitter): 0
- Tips (Blog): 9.74
- Ad revenue: 9.1
Total: 3 BAT
% toward 100,000 goal: .003%

Let the journey begin!
Don't forget to follow for updates, and drop a comment with your own current stats so we can grind on this journey together!
Until next time,
-Ben
