Qtum (QTUM) added on Bitpanda + 20.000€ Giveaway

It's Monday and Bitpanda is making two big announcements. The first is about the fact that one of the two voting candidates from the last round is finally available on Bitpanda: QTUM can be traded immediately, but it is not yet possible to send or receive it.
